Dentro desse escopo de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, os mutu\u00e1rios podem solicitar oficio de libera\u00e7\u00e3o de hipoteca, cancelamento da cau\u00e7\u00e3o, memorial descritivo, certid\u00e3o de quita\u00e7\u00e3o e Anota\u00e7\u00e3o de Responsabilidade t\u00e9cnica (ART). Para participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Programa de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria Urbana (ProUrbe) \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio requerer o aditamento contratual, outro servi\u00e7o oferecido pela ADH-PI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o contratual e financeira dos im\u00f3veis s\u00e3o etapas cruciais para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no ProUrbe.
