A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o contratual envolve a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o adequada da propriedade por meio de documentos legais, como escrituras e contratos de compra e venda, enquanto a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o financeira visa garantir que n\u00e3o haja pend\u00eancias que possam comprometer a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em Parna\u00edba, os mutu\u00e1rios com alguma pend\u00eancia financeira ou contratual devem buscar o escrit\u00f3rio regional da ADH para fazer a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o. O funcionamento \u00e9 das 7h30 \u00e0s 13h30, de segunda a sexta-feira. O escrit\u00f3rio regional fica localizado na Quadra 08 Casa 26, Conjunto Igara\u00e7u, bairro Rodovi\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A visita dos cadastradores tem sido fundamental para identificar os ocupantes dos im\u00f3veis, levantar dados sobre as caracter\u00edsticas das constru\u00e7\u00f5es e mapear a situa\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria de cada propriedade.
