capacita\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objetivo orientar os participantes sobre a correta utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do suprimento de fundos, com foco na tomada de decis\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel, no cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de irregularidades na execu\u00e7\u00e3o das despesas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO objetivo \u00e9 treinar o tomador de suprimento de fundos a avaliar se aquela despesa ou contrata\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser utilizada com suprimento, para que ele tenha esse olhar reflexivo, atento e que os recursos sejam usados de forma regular, observando a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e especialmente as veda\u00e7\u00f5es legais\u201d, explicou a auditora governamental Giovanna Garcia, instrutora do curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O diretor administrativo do Porto Piau\u00ed, Francisco de Carvalho Silva, participou da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o juntamente com sua equipe e destacou a import\u00e2ncia da iniciativa para a rotina da unidade. \u201cEstamos implementando, na pr\u00e1tica, o uso de suprimento de fundos l\u00e1 na nossa unidade e consideramos essencial, primeiro, nos qualificarmos para aplicar da forma correta\u201d, afirmou o gestor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m participaram do curso servidores da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Universidade Estadual do Piau\u00ed (Fuespi), Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz), Secretaria da Agricultura Familiar (SAF), Secretaria de Assist\u00eancia Social e Cidadania (SASC) e Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Seduc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
