Ministrado pelo professor do N\u00facleo de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Antonino Freire (Nufaf), C\u00e9sar Rufino, o PRO 360+ Emo\u00e7\u00f5es em A\u00e7\u00e3o teve como foco incentivar os colaboradores a terem uma escuta ativa, onde ser\u00e3o capazes de identificar oportunidades de melhorias e assumir um papel mais ativo na solu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas, o que impacta diretamente na efici\u00eancia e sucesso dos seus projetos dentro e fora da Emgerpi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cO autoconhecimento permite que os empregados da Emgerpi entendam melhor suas rea\u00e7\u00f5es e limites emocionais. O curso proporcionado pela Emgerpi abriu a possibilidades de reflex\u00f5es sobre as rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais e como autocontrole \u00e9 capaz de mediar poss\u00edveis conflitos no trabalho.\u201d, explica a funcion\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>A Simone Mendes relatou que ao longo do curso os empregados tiveram a oportunidade de reconhecer seus pontos fracos e fortes. \u201cCertamente entramos formiguinhas nesse processo e sa\u00edmos verdadeiros gigantes, mais emp\u00e1ticos e leves com nossos colegas de trabalhos.
