Entre os dois cargos de superintend\u00eancias, um \u00e9 ocupado por mulher. Os dois cargos de diretorias tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o ocupados por mulheres, sendo que elas tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam presen\u00e7a marcante nos cargos de ger\u00eancias e coordenarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a superintendente de gest\u00e3o da Emgerpi, \u00c1lina Menezes, \u00e9 motivo de orgulho ser l\u00edder de uma equipe formada por tantas mulheres. \u201c\u00c9 gratificante ver mulheres ocupando espa\u00e7os de poder, lideran\u00e7as e fazendo a diferen\u00e7a nos servi\u00e7os oferecidos pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica. A gestora explica que ao contratar 340 mulheres, a empresa impulsiona a inclus\u00e3o e o empoderamento feminino no ambiente de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lotada no arquivo geral, a assessora t\u00e9cnica da Emgerpi, Simone Shirly, disse que tem \u201corgulho de ser colaboradora de uma empresa onde h\u00e1 muitas mulheres. \u00c9 muito gratificante, pois vejo o quanto \u00e0 empresa se dedica a cada uma nestes momentos. Ao longo da manh\u00e3, as colaboradoras receberam mimos e foram agraciadas com m\u00fasicas que refletem a for\u00e7a, a resili\u00eancia e as conquistas das mulheres ao longo da hist\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O evento foi organizando pela equipe de Sa\u00fade e Seguran\u00e7a do Trabalho (SST), que foi criada com o objetivo tamb\u00e9m de fortalecer e incentivar as atividades
