O evento aconteceu no audit\u00f3rio do Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento, Ind\u00fastria, Com\u00e9rcio e Servi\u00e7os (MDIC), em Bras\u00edlia, nessa quarta (17\/05) e quinta-feira (18\/05).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A audi\u00eancia teve como objetivo debater melhorias para a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa DREI n\u00ba 81, de 2020, e seus anexos, visando a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das principais dificuldades para os processos de constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, altera\u00e7\u00e3o e baixa de empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participaram das discuss\u00f5es, a presidente Alzenir Porto, a vice-presidente Simone Senise, a diretora de registro Gelzu\u00edta Melo e o gestor de TI Rafael Oliveira. A audi\u00eancia foi presidida pela diretora do Drei, Amanda Mesquita, e contou tamb\u00e9m com a presen\u00e7a de representantes de juntas comerciais de todo o pa\u00eds, al\u00e9m de interessados
