(40) pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de entorpecentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os procedimentos ser\u00e3o encaminhados ao poder judici\u00e1rio para as provid\u00eancias pertinentes.
