A iniciativa tem como principal prop\u00f3sito otimizar o trabalho da secretaria, aprimorando a gest\u00e3o de documentos e processos por meio dessa ferramenta tecnol\u00f3gica. Com essa capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, a Secretaria das Cidades busca promover a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e a automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de suas rotinas, tornando o fluxo de trabalho mais eficiente e sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O curso aborda uma ampla gama de t\u00f3picos relacionados ao SEI. Os engenheiros da Secretaria foram orientados sobre como operar o sistema, desde a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos at\u00e9 a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica e o arquivamento adequado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o treinamento, os participantes aprenderam a utilizar recursos avan\u00e7ados do SEI, como assinatura eletr\u00f4nica, controle de prazos, anexa\u00e7\u00e3o de arquivos e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos padronizados. Al\u00e9m disso, foram abordadas boas pr\u00e1ticas de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e seguran\u00e7a da informa\u00e7\u00e3o, visando preservar a integridade dos documentos e garantir o cumprimento das normas e regulamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o proporcionou uma vis\u00e3o abrangente sobre as funcionalidades do SEI e demonstrou como a ado\u00e7\u00e3o adequada dessa ferramenta pode impactar positivamente o desempenho da equipe de engenharia da Secretaria das Cidades. Espera-se tamb\u00e9m uma maior agilidade nos processos internos, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de burocracia e aprimoramento da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre as equipes, resultando em uma melhor gest\u00e3o dos recursos e uma maior produtividade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">A Secretaria das Cidades demonstra, assim, seu compromisso com a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos administrativos e com a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua de seus profissionais, fortalecendo o avan\u00e7o tecnol\u00f3gico na gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<br><br>Al\u00e9m da equipe de Engenharia outros setores da secretaria tamb\u00e9m receber\u00e3o a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o no Sistema Eletr\u00f4nico de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es (SEI). Com essa iniciativa, a SECID busca assegurar que todos os profissionais estejam aptos a utilizar plenamente as funcionalidades do sistema, otimizando a gest\u00e3o documental, agilizando processos e fortalecendo a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o interna.
