Com fomento da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal e em parceria com o Sindicato da Ind\u00fastria de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil (Sinduscon), o programa prev\u00ea o subs\u00eddio de at\u00e9 R$ 10 mil para quem ganha de um a seis sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos, a fim de diminuir o valor da entrada na compra de novos im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto de lei que cria o programa, ser\u00e1 encaminhado para a Assembleia Legislativa do Piau\u00ed (Alepi) para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e vota\u00e7\u00e3o. A previs\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria \u00e9 no valor de R$ 20 milh\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m do valor do cheque-moradia, o governo ir\u00e1 destinar im\u00f3veis do estado para habita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A solenidade de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do &#8220;Morar Bem Piau\u00ed&#8221; vai contar com representantes do setor da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, executivos da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal e entidades que representam a atividade industrial no Piau\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o programa de subs\u00eddio habitacional, o Governo do Piau\u00ed pretende incentivar a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de novos im\u00f3veis, melhorando a qualidade de vida das fam\u00edlias e movimentar a economia com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novos empreendimentos habitacionais, gerando emprego e renda no estado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A ADH tem a miss\u00e3o de desenvolver programas de habita\u00e7\u00e3o para melhorar e facilitar o acesso da popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 moradia pr\u00f3pria. O &#8216;Morar Bem Piau\u00ed&#8217; \u00e9 um importante passo para potencializar o j\u00e1 consolidado Minha Casa, Minha Vida.
