{"id":4789,"date":"2023-11-17T17:54:54","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T20:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.pi.gov.br\/segov\/?p=4789"},"modified":"2023-11-17T17:54:55","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T20:54:55","slug":"servidores-da-segov-recebem-capacitacao-avancada-em-okrs-masters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portal.pi.gov.br\/segov\/2023\/11\/17\/servidores-da-segov-recebem-capacitacao-avancada-em-okrs-masters\/","title":{"rendered":"Servidores da Segov recebem capacita\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7ada em OKRs Masters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Servidores da Secretaria de Governo participaram, nesta primeira quinzena do m\u00eas de novembro, de uma capacita\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7ada em OKRs Masters, que visa expandir o uso da metodologia na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de treinar novos ingressantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OKR, que significa Objectives and Key Results (Objetivos e Resultados-Chave), \u00e9 uma metodologia de gest\u00e3o e um sistema de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas usado por indiv\u00edduos, equipes e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es para estabelecer objetivos mensur\u00e1veis \u200b\u200be acompanhar seus resultados. \u201cA aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de OKR na Segov tem como objetivo uma melhor comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre os setores; facilitar a tomada de decis\u00f5es; const\u00e2ncia e fluidez nos Planejamentos; al\u00e9m de est\u00edmulo na produtividade das equipes, por meio do estabelecimento de metas que desafiam os colaboradores\u201d, declarou o assessor t\u00e9cnico da Secretaria, Ant\u00f4nio Luiz Fernandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os OKRs possuem uma abordagem \u00e1gil, colaborativa, que valoriza o trabalho em equipe e tem foco no resultado. A metodologia OKR evidencia o elemento humano na inova\u00e7\u00e3o institucional, por despertar um senso de prop\u00f3sito em cada membro da equipe e sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um modelo baseado na gest\u00e3o por resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O curso foi ministrado pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o Oxford Business Masters, com o professor Marcos Barros, criador do sistema de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs usando Modelos Mentais. O curso foi ministrado nos dias 01, 08, 10, 13 e&nbsp;16 de novembro&nbsp;deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participaram da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o os servidores da Diretoria de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica e servidores de outros setores estrat\u00e9gicos para o desenvolvimento dessa metodologia, como a Diretoria Administrativa, Diretoria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas e Chefia de Gabinete,
