O Governo tem sido cuidadoso com essas propostas, sempre consultando a SEID antes de decidir pela san\u00e7\u00e3o ou veto de projetos de lei relacionados \u00e0s pessoas com defici\u00eancia e, debate e os subs\u00eddios para que o Estado possa decidir sobre mat\u00e9rias relacionadas \u00e0s pessoas com defici\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A compet\u00eancia para legislar sobre os direitos das pessoas com defici\u00eancia \u00e9 concorrente, cabendo aos Estados e Munic\u00edpios observar a Lei n\u00ba 13.146\/2015, a Lei Brasileira de Inclus\u00e3o (LBI).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
