Atrav\u00e9s da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Perfil do Servidor, constatou-se a predomin\u00e2ncia feminina no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria, composta por 66,67% de mulher enquanto 29,41% s\u00e3o homens e n\u00e3o declarantes 2.94%. \u201cEste programa, tem como objetivo difundir novas concep\u00e7\u00f5es na gest\u00e3o de pessoas e na cultura organizacional, combatendo din\u00e2micas de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e desigualdade no ambiente de trabalho, al\u00e9m de integrar gestores e colaboradores\u201d, declarou o secret\u00e1rio de Governo, Marcelo Nolleto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Secretaria tamb\u00e9m realizou, ao longo de 2023, capacita\u00e7\u00f5es aos servidores p\u00fablicos com foco na igualdade de g\u00eanero e na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de novas tecnologias. \u201cEssas capacita\u00e7\u00f5es contribu\u00edram para a melhoria do clima organizacional proporcionando ainda mais acolhimento e pertencimento, obtendo resultados tamb\u00e9m na qualidade dos servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, observa a diretora de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas, Alcina Ben\u00edcio, e presidente do Comit\u00ea Gestor Pr\u00f3-Eq\u00fcidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O endomarketing foi outra ferramenta que ajudou na jornada do Programa Pr\u00f3-Equidade de G\u00eanero, Ra\u00e7a e Diversidade na SEGOV. Com uma m\u00e9dia de tr\u00eas divulga\u00e7\u00f5es por m\u00eas, em datas relativas e pertinentes ao tema, esta iniciativa fomentou a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um ambiente de trabalho com comunica\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva, aberto a diversidade, promovendo o respeito \u00e0s diferen\u00e7as e a igualdade de oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
