Natural de Alto Long\u00e1 do Piau\u00ed, \u00e9 bacharel em Direito pela UFPI e escritor. Foi juiz de direito adjunto, atuando em v\u00e1rias comarcas e regi\u00f5es. Como juiz titular, passou nas comarcas de Pimenteiras, Canto do Buriti, Oeiras e Teresina. \u00c9 membro da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Magistrados do Piau\u00ed (Amapi) e da Academia Piauiense de Poesia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maur\u00edcio Machado, presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Magistrados, destacou a magistratura  como um sacerd\u00f3cio e ressaltou a tranquilidade, serenidade e, principalmente, a imparcialidade como marcas especiais na trajet\u00f3ria do magistrado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o presidente do TJ-PI, desembargador Hilo de Almeida Sousa, o novo desembargador tem muito a contribuir com o Judici\u00e1rio. &#8220;Quem chega pra formar nosso tipo \u00e9 um magistrado experiente, respeitado pelos seus pares e que tem muito a contribuir com o judici\u00e1rio. O m\u00eas de abril batemos recorde de baixas processuais, foram 33.630 baixas. O tribunal se refor\u00e7a com a chegada de um magistrado experiente e sens\u00edvel como julgador&#8221;, declarou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao discursar, o desembargador Ant\u00f4nio Noll\u00eato ressaltou que realiza o sonho de seu pai e lembrou que o que mais ajudou em sua trajet\u00f3ria foi ser juiz somente quando se fazia necess\u00e1rio s\u00ea-lo. \u201cMais que juiz, fui um cidad\u00e3o onde passei&#8221;, frisou. Um cidad\u00e3o que saia e ouvia pessoas, jogava bola, andava de bicicleta, escrevia poesias, o que o aproximava dos jurisdicionados. As dificuldades da fun\u00e7\u00e3o eram facilmente dissipadas. &#8220;Eu fiz o que eu tinha que fazer e continuei fazendo apesar das dificuldades&#8221;, observou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de assumir o cargo, o desembargador Ant\u00f4nio Noll\u00eato foi agraciado com Diploma e Colar do M\u00e9rito do Judici\u00e1rio, honraria concedida a quem presta relevantes servi\u00e7os \u00e0 O governador Rafael Fonteles e o secret\u00e1rio de Governo, Marcelo Nolleto, participaram da solenidade, prestigiada por amigos e familiares do magistrado. Com 37 anos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica, Ant\u00f4nio Reis Noll\u00eato era juiz da 1\u00aa Vara do Tribunal Popular do J\u00fari de Teresina. Natural de Alto Long\u00e1 do Piau\u00ed, \u00e9 bacharel em Direito pela UFPI e escritor. Foi juiz de direito adjunto, atuando em v\u00e1rias comarcas e regi\u00f5es.
