{"id":10321,"date":"2024-10-09T10:40:27","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T13:40:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.pi.gov.br\/sempi\/?page_id=10321"},"modified":"2025-10-06T14:05:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T17:05:10","slug":"programa-pro-equidade-de-genero-raca-e-diversidade","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/portal.pi.gov.br\/sempi\/programa-pro-equidade-de-genero-raca-e-diversidade\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa Pr\u00f3-equidade de G\u00eanero, Ra\u00e7a e Diversidade (5\u00ba EDI\u00c7\u00c3O \u2013 2025)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O<strong> Programa Estadual Pr\u00f3-Equidade de G\u00eanero, Ra\u00e7a e Diversidade<\/strong>, vinculado \u00e0 <strong>Secretaria das Mulheres do Piau\u00ed (SEMPI)<\/strong>, \u00e9 uma iniciativa que visa consolidar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas para a igualdade de g\u00eanero, ra\u00e7a e diversidade nos espa\u00e7os de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Criado em 2021, o Programa j\u00e1 passou por quatro edi\u00e7\u00f5es, fortalecendo a cultura organizacional inclusiva, a gest\u00e3o de pessoas com foco na equidade e o enfrentamento de pr\u00e1ticas discriminat\u00f3rias. Nesta<strong> 5\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, a proposta \u00e9 ampliar os resultados j\u00e1 alcan\u00e7ados, consolidar as a\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas e reconhecer, por meio do <strong>Selo Pr\u00f3-Equidade<\/strong>, os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e institui\u00e7\u00f5es comprometidos com a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o social e institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objetivo Geral<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promover ambientes de trabalho mais justos, inclusivos e equitativos, por meio da ado\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas organizacionais que eliminem todas as formas de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00eanero e ra\u00e7a, assegurem a igualdade de oportunidades e valorizem a diversidade nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e na ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de cargos de lideran\u00e7a no Estado do Piau\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Metas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Atingir a ades\u00e3o de 100% dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica estadual no programa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementar e monitorar planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o que contemplem os dois eixos do programa (Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas e Cultura Organizacional);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir que pelo menos 75% das a\u00e7\u00f5es propostas sejam efetivamente executadas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconhecer e certificar os \u00f3rg\u00e3os comprometidos com a equidade por meio do Selo Pr\u00f3-Equidade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crit\u00e9rios para Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do Selo Pr\u00f3-Equidade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Para receber o Selo Pr\u00f3-Equidade de G\u00eanero, Ra\u00e7a e Diversidade, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o deve:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formalizar ades\u00e3o volunt\u00e1ria ao programa e constituir Comit\u00ea Gestor Interno;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preencher a ficha-perfil;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produzir um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o com metas vinculadas aos eixos do programa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Executar, no m\u00ednimo, <strong>2 a\u00e7\u00f5es em cada eixo (Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas e Cultura Organizacional)<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cumprir no m\u00ednimo de <strong>75% das a\u00e7\u00f5es planejadas<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apresentar relat\u00f3rio final com resultados e impactos
