A iniciativa tem como foco a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais que atuam na Rede de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Viol\u00eancia, especialmente nos munic\u00edpios contemplados pelo projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nova fase do Teia de Direitos prev\u00ea a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes locais que atuam diretamente no acolhimento e na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia. \u201cEssa qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fundamental para fortalecer a preven\u00e7\u00e3o e o enfrentamento \u00e0 viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, de g\u00eanero e ao feminic\u00eddio em todo o estado. S\u00e3o esses profissionais que est\u00e3o na linha de frente, escutando, acolhendo e orientando as mulheres, seja no sul do Piau\u00ed ou em qualquer outra regi\u00e3o\u201d, destaca Joelfa Farias, gerente do Centro de Refer\u00eancia Francisca Trindade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Joelfa, o objetivo \u00e9 preparar multiplicadores que atuem de forma articulada com a rede local, garantindo mais efici\u00eancia, empatia e efetividade no atendimento \u00e0s mulheres. \u201cO Teia de Direitos nasce com essa proposta de fortalecimento integrado da rede, por meio da forma\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua e do compromisso com uma pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica mais acolhedora e eficaz\u201d, conclui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Representando a empresa parceira, Raquel Brito, do setor de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos da Executiva Consultoria, refor\u00e7ou o compromisso com a iniciativa. \u201cEstivemos reunidos com a SEMPI para alinhar os pr\u00f3ximos passos da forma\u00e7\u00e3o.
