A Secretaria das Mulheres do Piau\u00ed (SEMPI) realizou, nesta quinta-feira (11), uma reuni\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica entre a Central de Acolhimento do protocolo “Ei, Merm\u00e3, N\u00e3o se Cale”, a Ger\u00eancia da Rede de Atendimento \u00e0s Mulheres em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Viol\u00eancia do Estado, a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica do Piau\u00ed (SSP-PI) e o Centro de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Policiais Militares (COPOM). O encontro teve como objetivo alinhar fluxos e propor melhorias no atendimento \u00e0s mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participaram da reuni\u00e3o a diretora de Enfrentamento \u00e0 Viol\u00eancia contra a Mulher da SEMPI, Ana Cleide Ferreira do Nascimento; a gerente da Rede de Atendimento \u00e0s Mulheres em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Viol\u00eancia do Estado, Joelfa Farias; a coordenadora do Centro de Refer\u00eancia Francisca Trindade e da Central de Acolhimento, Teresa Oliveira; a gerente de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o aos Grupos Vulner\u00e1veis da SSP-PI, Paula Moura; a coordenadora de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Mulher da SSP-PI, Tatiane Seixas; e o gerente da equipe de atendentes e supervisores do COPOM, Wrandi Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo Teresa Oliveira, a reuni\u00e3o foi essencial para identificar gargalos e construir solu\u00e7\u00f5es conjuntas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHoje discutimos as dificuldades encontradas no atendimento realizado pelo COPOM, especialmente nos casos de viol\u00eancia contra a mulher, a fim de subsidiar melhorias e formar continuamente os atendentes. Foram apresentadas demandas, redefinidos fluxos e estabelecidas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es que ser\u00e3o repassadas \u00e0s equipes, tanto da Central de Acolhimento quanto do COPOM. Tamb\u00e9m refor\u00e7amos a import\u00e2ncia da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o continuada dos atendentes, pr\u00e1tica que j\u00e1 \u00e9 realizada mensalmente dentro da Central.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com este di\u00e1logo interinstitucional, a SEMPI reafirma seu compromisso em fortalecer a rede de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e garantir que as mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia recebam atendimento qualificado, humanizado e eficiente em todo o estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
