O encontro teve como objetivo apresentar o relat\u00f3rio de desempenho da rede referente ao terceiro trimestre de 2025 e discutir estrat\u00e9gias para aprimorar o atendimento \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a reuni\u00e3o, os participantes discutiram a import\u00e2ncia da media\u00e7\u00e3o como ferramenta essencial para o fortalecimento do di\u00e1logo e da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o pac\u00edfica de conflitos no \u00e2mbito das ouvidorias p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFoi um momento muito rico de troca e aprendizado. Falamos sobre a media\u00e7\u00e3o como um instrumento fundamental para o trabalho das ouvidorias, ajudando a resolver conflitos de forma dialogada e construtiva. Tamb\u00e9m acompanhamos o relat\u00f3rio de desempenho da rede e ficamos felizes em ver que a Ouvidoria da Secretaria das Mulheres segue se destacando. Esse reconhecimento \u00e9 resultado do compromisso da nossa equipe com o acolhimento, a escuta qualificada e o atendimento humanizado \u00e0s mulheres piau\u00edenses\u201d, destacou a ouvidora setorial da SEMPI, Vit\u00f3ria R\u00e9gia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A participa\u00e7\u00e3o da SEMPI na Rede de Ouvidorias refor\u00e7a o compromisso da Secretaria com a transpar\u00eancia, a escuta ativa e a
