O objetivo da primeira fase \u00e9 apresentar o projeto para&nbsp; &nbsp;fortalecer e integrar a Rede de Atendimento \u00e0s Mulheres do munic\u00edpio para que a participa\u00e7\u00e3o na segunda fase do projeto de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o o perfil dos profissionais selecionados possam contribuir ainda mais com articula\u00e7\u00e3o da Rede de Atendimendo \u00e0s Mulheres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 oficinas de 8 horas em cada territ\u00f3rio com&nbsp; tr\u00eas momentos. No primeiro momento ser\u00e1 trabalhado o aspecto&nbsp; e a operacionalidade da Rede de Atendimento \u00e0s Mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia com todos os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e profissionais.&nbsp; No segundo momento acontecer\u00e3o as discuss\u00f5es espec\u00edficas de acordo com \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o e o terceiro momento ser\u00e1 de compartilhamento e apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de resultados das discuss\u00f5es dos grupos em plen\u00e1ria geral para que sejam feitos encaminhamentos e proposi\u00e7\u00f5es a serem aprovados pelo Territ\u00f3rio para melhorar o atendimento \u00e0s mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para participar da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto Teia Direitos \u00e9 preciso que o
