A Secret\u00e1ria de Estado das Mulheres, Zenaide Batista Lustosa Neta, esteve presente, juntamente com o superintendente regional do Departamento Nacional de Infraestrutura de Transportes (DNIT), Ribamar Bastos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a conclus\u00e3o do rebaixamento da Avenida Jo\u00e3o XXIII, os motoristas que trafegam nos sentidos Teresina-Altos ou Altos-Teresina dever\u00e3o utilizar o trecho rebaixado.J\u00e1 os condutores que precisarem sair da Regi\u00e3o do Grande Dirceu, na Zona Sudeste e acessar a Zona Leste pela Avenida Zequinha Freire ou seguir no sentido centro pela Avenida Jo\u00e3o XXIII dever\u00e3o utilizar a nova rotat\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nova via vai melhorar a trafegabilidade, j\u00e1 que separa o tr\u00e1fego da BR-343, por onde circula cerca de 30 mil ve\u00edculos por dia, do fluxo entre as zonas leste e sudeste de Teresina. Para a secret\u00e1ria das mulheres Zenaide Batista Lustosa Neta esta obra vai possibilitar mais mobilidade, \u201cVai melhorar a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o no tr\u00e2nsito nos hor\u00e1rios de grande
