Nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais, nas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es individuais, o colega de trabalho n\u00e3o \u00e9 respeitado porque, no ponto de vista do assediador, ele n\u00e3o merece. A Seres, enquanto institui\u00e7\u00e3o, quer criar uma cultura institucional de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais, al\u00e9m de adotar medidas competentes, do ponto de vista disciplinar e legal, e tamb\u00e9m, trabalhar no acolhimento e apoio \u00e0s v\u00edtimas. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a professora Dulce Silva \u00e9 preciso falar sobre o assunto para que v\u00edtimas e agressores se reconhe\u00e7am em seus atos. \u201cAss\u00e9dio moral \u00e9 crime! Comportamentos abusivos freq\u00fcentes que desqualificam pessoas e que s\u00e3o ofensivos precisam ser entendidos e enfrentados, tanto pelo assediador como pelo assediado. S\u00e3o in\u00fameras as atitudes prejudiciais \u00e0s rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho que devem ser combatidas e repudiadas\u201d, concluiu.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure
