Hoje temos aqui representantes da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, do poder p\u00fablico e dos pr\u00f3prios povos tradicionais\u201d, destacou Filipe Silva, coordenador de Equidade em Sa\u00fade da Sesapi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os temas discutidos, o combate \u00e0 inseguran\u00e7a alimentar tamb\u00e9m foi destacado como um dos objetivos do evento, refor\u00e7ando o papel do poder p\u00fablico na garantia de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel que atenda \u00e0s necessidades das minorias sociais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" a identidade alimentar e promovendo uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel que reduza o risco de doen\u00e7as e o consumo de alimentos pouco ben\u00e9ficos presentes no dia a dia\u201d, afirmou Norma Alberto, doutora em Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica e nutricionista da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Equidade em Sa\u00fade da Sesapi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img p\u00fablica e representantes dos povos tradicionais fortalece o resgate das culturas alimentares, contribui para o enfrentamento da inseguran\u00e7a alimentar e impulsiona o desenvolvimento de pesquisas e pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAgregamos o conhecimento dessas culturas e desses povos a diversos \u00e2mbitos, evoluindo nosso trabalho como pesquisadores e gestores que elaboram pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. \u00c9 um processo enriquecedor que permite a todos atuarem em uma causa contempor\u00e2nea: a seguran\u00e7a alimentar\u201d,
